GLASA Referees

Referee's Corner

Welcome to this new addition to the Referee page. Referee information will be posted for your use as a referee.

When a foul is identified by the referee:

  1. Blow your whistle loudly
  2. Give immediate direction of the restart
  3. Manage the 10 yd distance for the kick to be taken but do not take away the opportunity for a quick free kick by the attacking team
  4. Move down field to the approximate area of the landing of the ball from the free kick
  5. If a hard foul, move to the spot of the foul to breakup any interaction by both teams
